360 Executive Coaching is designed for their development as high-impact leaders, both individually and collaboratively. This engagement will expand leadership capacity within and among an entire executive leadership team.

Beginning with Leadership Circle Profile® 360 feedback surveys, we establish a multi-rater assessment of each leader’s current leadership effectiveness. This includes a dynamic depiction of personal blind spots and related effects. Impacts are seen across the leadership traits of relating, holding integrity, and achieving.

Interpreting these findings in context of each leader’s personal experience is the next stage. Here we begin to understand hidden protective instincts behind stuck patterns. Now, we can focus on a specific and aspirational goal that will move the needle on leadership impact.

The final phase is monthly 1:1 coaching to design, experiment and practice new ways of showing up in high-stakes situations. Over time, each executive upgrades their mindset and develops emotional agility to lead more effectively.
