Just like our Professional Development program, the Leadership System is a program designed to facilitate profound personal and professional transformation.

Central to the Leadership System is the Immunity to Change theory, developed by Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey. Individuals and organizations often possess inherent, subconscious barriers—referred to as "immunities"—that resist change, even when there is a genuine commitment to it. These hidden mindsets act as defense mechanisms, preserving the status quo and hindering progress. By identifying and addressing these internal obstacles, individuals can unlock their potential for meaningful change.

The Leadership System incorporates this theory into its training process through a structured, cohort-based experience spanning nine months to a year. Participants engage in highly interactive sessions that include candid conversations, skill and competency development, and peer-to-peer coaching.

This immersive environment encourages leaders to confront and dismantle their personal immunities to change, fostering both personal and professional growth.
